Quality Certifications

The Quality and Safety of our products and services are the pillars of our work. For this reason, we maintain an up-to-date and fully operational Quality and Safety Management System that covers all plant processes. Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), and acomplete Traceability System are the fundamental tools on which the System is based to guarantee the safety of the products produced and the efficiency of the service. These tools made it possible to achieve BRCGS World Food Safety Standard certification with a Grade AA score, in addition to international certifications for slaughtering and processing in compliance with the HALAL rite.
